Job Description Cutting Edge marketing firm is looking for a Web Marketing Graphic Designer to join the Web Marketing Team. They are looking for a dedicated professional who understands marketing objectives and concepts, has diverse experience in web and graphic design, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create new landing pages and banner ads to improve CTR and increase conversion rates. Translate the overall business objective into a visual solution that also addresses code limitations (CSS) Communicate design concepts & ideas clearly, concisely, and effectively verbally and/or with visual mock-ups . Must have the ability to create multiple, unique, high-quality concepts for unrelated products in a timely manner. Incorporate feedback and apply requested changes to your designs promptly
Required Skills QUALIFICATIONS: 2-3 years experience coding in HTML 2-3 years experience with CSS (CS4) Advanced degree in Web Design or a related field. Or 4+ years related experience. Minimum of 2 years experience designing specifically for the Web. Specific experience in landing page designs a major plus. Advanced knowledge of and experience using Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Adobe. Firm understanding of CSS and how to cater your designs to it Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a high pressure, changing environment ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS * Please submit at least 3 examples of web pages and/or landing pages that you have designed that best highlights your skills and satisfies the business objectives outlined above Include 3-5 samples of banners, logos, buttons, or other web elements that you have created
