| Job Description Our client is looking for 5 Business Systems Analysts/Tehcnology Lead for a large project. These 5 resources will work between business users in a Risk Management area and various vendors/ technical teams that supply development services, testing services, or data feeds into financial/risk management applications. These roles will require a strong knowledge of application/system design and development as these individuals serve as a "solution architects", crafting technical solutions to complex business needs. The BSA/Technology Leads must glean requirements information from the business and develop comprehensive functional/technical requirements and technical design requirements that will be shared with vendors. The vendors will provide technical product that will be validated, reviewed and tested by the BSA/Technology Lead and supporting testing resources before being pushed to the client or into production. The best candidates will be highly technical professionals who have moved into analysis-focused roles with strong customer interaction. Candidates should have strong financial systems background and any experience with Risk Management and/or SMG3 (a risk management analysis software) would be considered a STRONG plus. |

| Required Skills * 5+ years of auto finance or financial services work experience * 5+ years of work experience in Technical or Solutions Lead capacity * Expertise in all phases of SDLC with strong emphasis on: Systems Analysis, Technical Design, Business Requirements, Data Analysis, Troubleshooting, Solution Design * Solid understanding of technical architecture, data architecture * Technical experience in SQL/Oracle, Unix, ETL (specifically Informatica); Autosys is preferred * Experience working with vendors (on-shore, off-shore, service and data providers) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to extract requirements from non-technical clients |
