| Job Description Responsibilities: Planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the development process for a variety of client projects, including but no limited to, web initiatives, application development, marketing campaigns and programs Communications with clients to capture requirements and expectations; communications with internal personnel to provide necessary direction and information to expedite the development process for all parties involved; maintain archival records of all e-mail communications, requests, deliverables, deadlines, performance metrics and information for billing events Reporting on projects in process, costs, hours, and milestone progress; adherence to and management of project plans and budgets including project profitability Client management including regular written, phone and in-person communications as warranted to keep clients informed and happy; Manage time and materials costs necessary for budgeting, retainer usage, reports, invoicing and job cost accounting Trigger invoicing events by providing necessary information to our accounting personnel Provide expertise and consultation in best practices for project execution; identify and develop up-sell opportunities, consultative assistance, and marketing area expertise to facilitate optimal project outcomes Quality assurance, accuracy and proofing all deliverables prior to client review |
