Required Skills * Extensive knowledge of Adobe Flex builder 3.0 * Deep understanding of Action Script 3.0 * Working Knowledge of Adobe Integrated Runtime environment (AIR) * Experience dealing with advanced graphing, charting and dashboard layout design * Strong grasp of interacting with web services for data gathering from various datasources, including dealing with XML and Array return types * Good mix of front end user interface design and back * end control logic development Nice to Haves: * Flex 4 knowledge * SAP BW Experience
