Job Description
The Training Instructor position supports organizational learning and development initiatives through the delivery, design and development of blended learning programs. This position works in collaboration with the Manger of Organizational Effectiveness, operations stakeholders, documentation team, performance coaches, and quality assurance specialists to analyze the learning and performance needs, design and develop a training content, define a maintenance plan for any content developed, and deliver training.

This position may require travel up to 50% of the time. Also, may be a part-time position, where less than 80 hours a month might be billed.

Work Activities:

* Deliver training content to call center agents in multiple sites using multiple delivery methods
* Conduct peer evaluations for instructor assessments
* Conduct participant evaluations for instructor assessments
* Provide weekly status reports
* Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit instructor-led training content as well as storyboards for electronic learning modules
* Conduct appropriate analysis to determine training needs
* Develop course objectives and design plan based on client needs assessment results
* Develop course content in Adobe FrameMaker using ADDIE methodology, and ensures content is supported with blended solutions, detailed training notes, activity instructions, job aids, role plays, and other such supporting information and necessary documents
* Communicate team status and reporting accomplishments to stakeholders as identified on regular basis
* Create new and revise existing, scenario-based assessment questions
* Work with existing trainers and technical writers to leverage existing training content and agenda, new SAP CRM content, and standard operating procedures as reference material in the new course
* Develop graphical content for the course material
* Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to support implementation of the new course, potentially may be called upon to teach segments of the new training content to for trainer support
* Create new embedded activities to enrich learning

Required Skills
* Education: 4-year degree or related field or equivalent experience
* 5+ years experience in delivering training content
* 1+ years experience in instructional design (bring work samples of course content, job aids, and instructor and participant guides to any interview)
* Demonstrated experience with ADDIE course design model (bring course design samples to any interview)
* Existing skills in MS Office 2003, Adobe FrameMaker 8, and TechSmith SnagIt
* Experience with SAP implementations and SAP training
* Strong computer skills using MS XP 2003
