| Job Description PegaStaff is a provider of contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire placement services for Information Technology supporting a nationwide client-base. Our Culture is Sports Oriented, our team is dynamic and we want people who want to make money to join our team! We are actively seeking a results-oriented sales person to do new business development. This role will be responsible for marketing staffing solutions and establishing contracts with high level managers through effective cold calling, appointments with prospects, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills. This person will conduct research, generate qualified leads, sell Business to Business. Our compensation plan includes a commission plan that rewards superior performance in addition to a base salary and benefits. |

| Required Skills + 2-5 years of sales experience + Results driven self-starter with strong initiative and closing skills + Motivated by fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment + Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to achieve sales goals + B.S or B.A degree + The desire to win!
