Job Description PegaStaff if a results-oriented IT staffing company looking for an IT recruiter for our national accounts team! In this role, recruiter will be responsible for making 50+ calls per day to active and passive candidates to find qualified talent for our client's needs. Recruiter will work through a VMS tool to receive and fill technical job orders. Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting including, but not limited to managing the daily requirements and job orders from clients, sourcing talent to fill job orders, qualifying candidates based on requirements, headhunting, and submitting candidate to clients. A successful recruiter must also be able to manage follow up with candidates and clients, schedule interviews, present offers. Position is high volume and fast paced and involves strong phone communication skills. PegaStaff offers a base salary plus bonuses.
